Great Ming's Sky Screen: From the Start, I Show Old Zhu Short Videos

Zhu Ye transmigrates to the Great Ming and becomes the eight-year-old imperial grandson, Zhu Xiongying. He is bound to the Sky Screen Shenanigans System.

Whenever he scrolls through short videos in his mind or goes on a rant, he earns generous rewards.

So he decides to act like a well-behaved, saintly grandson in public while secretly spending all his time online.

But he never expected his browser history and the videos in his head to appear on a giant sky screen, livestreamed to the entire Great Ming!

In the fifteenth year of Hongwu, just as Old Zhu is preparing to purge his meritorious officials, energetic background music suddenly rings out from the sky.

The Legend of Zhu Qizhen, the Ming Dynasty’s God of War: The Emperor Who Knocked on the Gates premieres to a stunned audience!

The officials collapse to their knees, trembling in terror. Old Zhu’s eyes turn bloodshot, and he stalks through the court with the imperial sword, hunting down Prince Yan, Zhu Di.

Next come The History of the Ming Dynasty’s Downfall and A Rundown of the Zhu Family’s Most Eccentric Emperors.

As bizarre videos dance across the sky screen and frantic comments flood the display, everyone in the Great Ming is plunged into mortification and shock.

To change the empire’s tragic fate, Old Zhu tearfully lays down an ancestral decree.

“Good grandson, please turn off the sky screen! Grandpa will go learn how to build a steam engine right now!”

“Fourth Son, hurry to the Americas and dig up potatoes. Don’t come back to the capital until you’ve dug up ten thousand jin!”

From then on, the Great Ming’s entire course changed. Driven forward by Zhu Xiongying’s relentless rants, it surged ahead until it became a global superpower on which the sun never set!
