Transmigrated as Ximen Qing, Sworn Brothers with Wu Song, and Now I Rule the Nine Provinces

Historical what-if + farming + conquest + Song dynasty + Water Margin + transmigration

A different Ximen Qing, a different Water Margin.

Zhao Qing, a martial arts school graduate who can only make a living delivering takeout, transmigrates into Water Margin and becomes Ximen Qing, destined to die a gruesome death at Wu Song’s hands from the start!

Just as Wu Dalang catches them in the act and Zhao Qing faces death by a hair’s breadth, he defies fate. He teaches Wu Dalang a peerless martial art, swears brotherhood with him, and lavishly gifts him Lion House.

Wu Dalang turns his life around, divorces Pan Jinlian with a letter of repudiation, and rewrites his fate!

Wu Song thinks his brother has been bullied and comes seeking revenge, only for his elder brother to force him into sworn brotherhood, turning a deadly enemy into family.

Ximen Qing had planned to make his fortune in business and live a quiet life. Instead, he travels far and wide to amass wealth, befriends heroes along the way, gives generously, and gathers worthy men across the land who have yet to find a worthy master.

But disaster strikes when he returns home: Wu Song slaughters the Hua family and is thrown into a death cell. Zhao Qing finally sees the rot at the heart of the Song dynasty, where treacherous ministers hold power.

He abandons commerce and sets out to conquer the realm. Taking Wu Song to the mountains, he swears brotherhood with Lu Zhishen and Yang Zhi and vows to overthrow the Zhao Song dynasty and reshape the world! With wealth enough to rival a nation from his trade routes, he secretly trains three thousand elite death soldiers and develops gunpowder to crush Song Jiang’s government forces.

He defeats Tian Hu, kills Song Jiang, supports the Mongols, fights the Jurchens, and divides the realm in three. He recruits many female generals, sweeps through the north and south, and gradually takes the Nine Provinces. He crushes the Song court, conquers a land in chaos, ascends the imperial throne, and establishes a new dynasty of prosperity!
