In a Moment of Madness, I Kissed My Brother’s Best Friend

[Older, fatherly type + age gap + unrequited love comes true + intense push and pull + sweet romance + long-planned pursuit] Shen Nanyi always thought her brother’s childhood friend, Fu Shenyán, was a sacred, untouchable beauty on a high peak. Until the drinking game at her nineteenth birthday party, when she got tipsy, yanked off his black tie, and kissed him. Sober the next morning, she fled in a panic, only for the man to show up at her door the very next day. Under the excuse of helping his buddy look after his little sister, he took over every aspect of her life. He cut off her allowance and set a strict ten o’clock curfew. Shen Nanyi acted sweet and played the victim, hoping to get away with it. But when her handsome upperclassman openly confessed his feelings for her, Fu Shenyán finally dropped his act. In a dim changing room, he pulled off his tie and pinned her against a locker. “You can want another man only over my dead body.” The big bad wolf tightened his net around her, leaving the little rabbit nowhere to run.
