Hong Kong Crossover: The Suit-Wearing Enforcer Who Robs Every Gang in Hong Kong

In 1980s Hong Kong, gangs were everywhere and law and order had collapsed.

The police force abandoned Lu Ting, an undercover agent on the fringes. His identity was exposed from the start, and he faced a deadly trap: over a hundred enforcers armed with machetes had him surrounded at the gang's headquarters.

At death's door, Lu Ting awakened the Underworld Kingpin Plunder System. By robbing criminals of their ill-gotten gains, he could recruit loyal, ruthless thugs and obtain top-tier weapons!
