[System + Mastermind Behind the Scenes + Public Reveal + Strengthening the Nation Through Science and Technology] Zhou Qingbai transmigrates by accident and becomes a good-for-nothing archivist at a top-secret research institute in the 1970s. He plans to coast through life, but unexpectedly awakens the [Eternal Network of Connections Atlas]. Light up a figure on the atlas, and he can cross time and space to build an AC power grid with Tesla, or even obtain starship blueprints from the 22nd century! Whenever the institute’s geniuses hit a research dead end, a few mysterious sheets of rough paper would appear. The chief engineer for fighter jet engines has an epiphany from a single sketch; a deep-sea submarine expert bursts into tears over a single formula. The whole world is frantically searching for the “Phantom Mentor” who is helping China overtake its rivals on the bends. Then, at the highest-level awards ceremony, the whole world goes mad when the useless archivist who spends every day drinking tea and reading newspapers steps onto the grandest stage to receive his award!
