Great Tang: An Eight-Year-Old Imperial Grandson, Making Li Er Lose His Cool from the Start

When Li Ce woke up, he had become the legitimate second son of Li Chengqian, Crown Prince of the Tang Dynasty.

Knowing that his father would rebel, be deposed, and see the whole family exiled to a miserable death, eight-year-old Li Ce decisively bound himself to the Great Tang Chaos System!

The more trouble he stirred up and the more people he infuriated, the stronger he became!

And so, the Tang court underwent a complete change of style.

Zhang Xuansu, Crown Prince's Tutor, dared to berate the crown prince to his face? Li Ce drew his sword and roared, “You old fool, draw your sword! I'll fight you to the death!” Then he beat him black and blue in front of everyone.

The great clans joined forces to pressure the palace? Li Ce set their granary ablaze. “Grandfather, I was roasting sweet potatoes. The fire got a little out of hand.”

Wei Zheng wanted to remonstrate with the emperor at the cost of his life? Li Ce simply tore down the gate to his home.

Before long, all the court's veteran ministers went on strike together, kneeling in the Taiji Hall and weeping. “Your Majesty, please do something about the imperial grandson! We really can't take it anymore!”

Li Shimin looked at Li Ce cuddling in Empress Zhangsun's arms and let out a despairing sigh. “I want to do something too, but I can't beat him!”
