[Football + reborn + no System + real-world football + Chinese-heritage midfielder]
At the 2026 World Cup, Brazil is eliminated in the round of 16.
Thirty-four-year-old Neymar scores the final penalty of his career in the stadium where his dream began, bringing his time with the national team to an end.
In the stands, Li Ze, a physiotherapist once cut from Santos’s youth academy who retired early because of a knee injury, watches the Samba star’s farewell with his own eyes.
When he opens them again, he is back in 2010.
A dismissal notice for six days from now lies on the table. On the other side of the training ground, eighteen-year-old Neymar is about to unleash a storm of youthful energy across Brazil.
No System. No maxed-out stats.
All Li Ze has is sixteen years of football insight, a body not yet ruined by injury, and memories of the regrets that lie ahead.
First, he must stay at Santos, then work his way from the fringes as a substitute to the top of the world.
This time, he will face injuries, transfers, the Champions League, and the World Cup alongside Neymar, and break into an era ruled by Messi and Ronaldo.
But Li Ze did not return to the past to play a supporting role for anyone.
“Neymar, you make the whole world rise to its feet for football.”
“I’ll make sure the trophies stay with us.”
This is my first time writing a book review. What first attracted me was that this was one of the few novels related to Neymar, but after reading it for a while, I realized that while the protagonists in other novels relied on the system, this book relied on their own memory, talent, and hard work. It showed me the persistence of an ordinary person and the spirit of not giving up in football. The protagonist relies on himself to break through and transform step by step, which also gives him a sense of accomplishment. I really like this kind of success without external help. I'm short of time and can't write many comments. But this book is really good. It's not like those fast-food templates. I hope the author will continue to work hard 😄 and I hope there will be more updates.
Very good-looking. Looking at the follow-up development, I hope he can become the twin stars of Brazil after Ronaldinho and Ronaldinho together with Ma Er. I also hope that the twin stars can lead Brazil from five stars to six stars and seven stars. The national football team is currently finished.
This is not obscenity, nor is it fantasy. It is a narrative, a straightforward statement, an observer, This is not a football article, this is football After reading Chapter 25, I lowered my rating. A person who has lived an ordinary life will not be distracted by ups and downs. The author is just pretending to be calm, and his actual age cannot be more than thirty-five. There is never any calmness. In other words, the indifference of two generations.
Looks pretty good
It's beautiful and well written, the game scenes are well written, and the protagonist's character is well written. There are no cheats, but you can see improvement in every game.
The growth story of a young player does not have a spectacular plot or incredible talent, but the storyline is very delicate and gives people a very realistic picture. It is much better than other games that look like a domineering president.
It's very interesting, a rare and down-to-earth football article, and it's not too flashy. One step at a time.
Not bad, but too little. Come on.
