You Asked Me to Manage the Navy, So I Sent Kizaru to a Black Factory

Bound to the Navy’s caretaker System, I became the new acting Fleet Admiral. The System’s mission was to keep things stable, but my wild ideas turned the Marines into a work-for-hire squad: I sent Kizaru to tighten screws at a sweatshop, Akainu out delivering food, Aokiji selling ice cream, and even Garp hauling bricks at a construction site. The entire force complained that I was the most ridiculous leader in history. But who could have guessed that Kizaru would hone lightning-fast hands on the assembly line, Akainu would master a Magma Fist while delivering meals, and Aokiji would develop a delivery-service version of the Ice Age with his refrigeration skills? When the Celestial Dragons sent an admiral to storm headquarters, Kizaru drove out of the sweatshop in a custom laser mech and blasted the holy land into rubble. The entire Marines were dumbfounded: “Boss, are you here to make us laugh or become a legend?”
