Naruto: I Rule the Shinobi World by Editing the Records

[Face-Slapping + Hokage + System + Transmigration]

After transmigrating into the world of Naruto, Mori no Baishi becomes the most forgettable clerk in Konoha’s archives.

His chakra is so weak he can’t even use ninjutsu. His classmates mock him as the disgrace of the ninja world.

Then he awakens the [Archive Revision System]. As long as a document has been officially filed, changing a single detail can rewrite reality!

Draw a line through the list of the fallen, and dead shinobi return to life. Change a mission’s rating, and a failed mission ends in success. Add a line to someone’s record, and an ordinary person awakens a Kekkei Genkai.

Shisui jumping into the river? Change it! The Uchiha Clan Massacre? Change it! Jiraiya infiltrating Amegakure and dying? Change it!

No matter how hard Danzō investigates, he can’t figure out why his plans keep hitting snags and everyone who was supposed to die is still alive.

The entire ninja world is searching for the mysterious power rewriting people’s fates, but no one suspects the mild-mannered clerk in the archives.

Until Pain invades and Shinra Tensei comes crashing down. Baishi opens the files of every Konoha resident, then lowers his pen:

“Today, Konoha suffers zero casualties.”
