I Plan Projects in Great Qin and Make the First Emperor Work Himself to the Bone

In the twenty-eighth year of the First Emperor’s reign, the imperial Fengshan sacrifice at Mount Tai is thrown into chaos.

The remnants of the Six States surround the mountain with a huge army, and Great Qin is on the brink of disaster.

Lu Qingyuan, who has transmigrated into the role of Great Qin’s state preceptor, doesn’t panic in the slightest. Instead, he launches the virtual reality game The Mandate of Heaven Dynasty.

“Your Majesty, don’t panic. I have a million immortal soldiers from beyond the heavens who can keep Great Qin alive for ten thousand generations!”

That night, a million players, known as the Fourth Calamity, descend upon Great Qin.

To these goofy netizens, this is a fully immersive, hardcore online game that feels one hundred percent real.

They compete to build the Great Wall for Great Qin just to complete their daily quests, and even brawl at the respawn point when they can’t get a spot on the bricklaying roster.

To earn exclusive titles, they grind like crazy to handcraft matchlock guns, then drive steam-powered war wagons to chase the Xiongnu all the way to Europe.

Watching an enemy camp blown flat, Chancellor Li Si trembles and exclaims that this must be the work of immortals.

Old General Wang Jian runs his hands over the Gatling gun built by the players, tears streaming down his face as he declares that he can fight for another five hundred years.

Meanwhile, the mastermind Lu Qingyuan is happily using the vast resources the players have painstakingly gathered overnight to boost his own cultivation at a frantic pace.

After Great Qin’s cavalry has conquered the whole world, Lu Qingyuan quietly launches the version 2.0 expansion, Han Dynasty in Turmoil, followed by version 3.0, The Spirit of the Great Ming.

Watching a million immortal soldiers descend from the sky, Emperor Wu of Han and Zhu Yuanzhang are driven completely out of their minds, questioning everything they know about life.
