Based on a True Story: A Thunderbolt Shatters the Dragon-Whisker Hall

Generals of the Nine Heavens Thunder, Generals of the Five Directions Thunder, Generals of the Eight Directions Cloud Thunder, Envoys of the Five Directions Savage Thunder, Chief Commanders of the Thunder Division, Judges Mo Zhuan: issue your orders, swift as wind and fire.

Where there is a temple, it can be struck down. Where there is an altar, it can be attacked. Demons can be eliminated, and evil spirits driven away.

In this degenerate age, as the Dharma declines, shamans and mediums abound. Wicked arts flourish, and sinister rites and prayers spread in secret.

Thus, the Shangqing sect has the Court of Heavenly Warrant, which forbids ghosts and exposes treachery, and the Chamber of the Emperor's Decrees, which binds demons and investigates evil. Those who can recite this scripture will see their prayers answered as surely as an echo follows a sound.
