Ming Dynasty: I Am Kublai Khan, and Zhengde Establishes the Eight Banners

Have you ever wondered whether the history you grew up reading was altered by someone? After an accidental fall into the water, the soul of modern history student Zhu Shou merges with his other self, the Ming Emperor Zhengde, Zhu Houzhao. Since the scholar-official faction wants him dead and plans to install a puppet ruler, he takes the seals representing his four identities: Great Han General, Great Khan Kublai of the steppe, Islamic Sultan, and Dharma King of Tibet. With the long-lost Imperial Jade Seal in hand, he heads north to the desolate lands of Liaodong. He unites the Five Elements Banners and the tribes of the four directions, then establishes the Nine Banners and crushes the Wild Boar Skin clan. From then on, there are only the Ming Nine Banners, never the Manchu Eight Banners.
