A Society of Nonhumans

Nonhuman society has lost its former glory.

The club is falling apart. Its members are scattered. Their ideals have faded. Their hearts are broken.

Lunn joined the organization to find meaning in life... and found Vimm, the club’s exhausted guardian. But Vimm protects more than just the club. He also hides a past that Lunn cannot yet understand, a past that comes to light with every step she takes toward uncovering it.

As the first signs of betrayal stir within their ranks, enemies close in, and old wounds begin to fester, Lunn and Vimm must face a question neither of them is ready to answer...

Is what they want to protect still worth saving?
