What’s So Great About Tsinghua? I’m Joining the Army to Become a King of Soldiers

“Huh? Aren’t you this year’s top scorer on the college entrance exam? Why are you enlisting?” “So what if I’m the top scorer? Who says I can’t enlist?” I had a happy life in my previous life. This time around, I wanted to experience a little hardship. Su Yang resolutely set off for the military, but over at Tsinghua University, they discovered that the perfect-score top student they’d been eagerly waiting for had actually gone to enlist! They completely lost it. “Quick, he’s this year’s top scorer! How can he enlist?” “My goodness, with grades like yours, how can you enlist? Come back right now. Don’t go!” Su Yang boarded the high-speed train without looking back. “What’s so great about Tsinghua? I’m going to the army to become the king of soldiers.” At first, the professor let him spend a few days in the army, planning to have the government bring him back once he’d been put through the wringer. But then... He went on a rampage in the army, mastering every skill and able to do everything. The veterans watched and wept. “You could’ve gone to Tsinghua, but instead you came here to beat us up? What gives?” The squad leader watched and crumbled. “What do you mean you were just fooling around and still hit the bullseye every time? Is that even something a human would say?” The commander watched, pleased. “If I’d known Tsinghua students were this impressive, I would’ve gone there to recruit them. Then I wouldn’t be going bald from worrying about finding promising recruits every day.”
