Madness: Nightmare

Overnight, “Mad Sickness” consumed the entire city.

The infected lost all reason, but retained their cunning and malice. They ran through the streets laughing wildly and spewing filth, knew how to corner people and play dirty, and even taunted their victims as they tore into the living. They were a hundred times more terrifying than mindless walking corpses. Civilization crumbled amid the screams, the streets became a playground for lunatics, and the whole city sank into an endless nightmare.
