You Asked Me to Make a Terrible Variety Show, So Why Am I Making the Top-Tier Stars Suffer on Run for Time?

[Variety Show Director + System + Entertainment Industry + Making Up for Regrets + Lighthearted Daily Life + Celebrity Ensemble]

Qin Huai transmigrates to a parallel world and becomes the chief director of Five Ha, a variety show on the verge of being canceled.

All the sponsors have pulled out, ratings are rock-bottom across the internet, and the executives have issued an ultimatum: if the next episode doesn't turn things around, the show is getting axed and the director is out!

At this desperate moment, Qin Huai discovers that this world has never had Keep Running!

At the same time, he awakens a “God-Tier Variety Show System.” As long as he creates a hit show and collects emotional points from viewers and celebrities, he can earn incredible rewards.

With the production crew on the verge of disbanding, Qin Huai overrules everyone and tears up the original script:

“We're done making Five Ha! I'm creating a brand-new outdoor reality show!”

Armed with the perfect proposal provided by the System, he sets out to recruit a cast.

He talks Deng Chao and Chen He into joining, goes head-to-head with “Big Black Bull” Li Chen and “Little Cheetah” Zheng Kai, signs Baby and Dilraba at the peak of their beauty, and brings back “Shaolin” Wang Baoqiang and bargain-hunting king Wong Cho-lam!

Games like “Tear Off the Name Tag,” “Pressure-Sensitive Boards,” and “Mud Pit Battle” make their explosive debut. In the name of directing, Qin Huai puts these normally untouchable top-tier stars through the wringer until they're on the verge of tears. Step by step, he creates a national variety-show legend that conquers the world!
