Biding My Time to Cultivate in Two Worlds

In the cultivation world, Lin Yang's whole clan pooled their resources to get him into a cultivation sect. It was a notorious demonic sect, and he became a glorified low-level miner. My whole family is proud that I mine!

The demonic sect is full of schemers, and one careless mistake can get you killed. Lin Yang keeps his grandfather's words in mind: in this world of cultivation, you can only trust your closest kin. Be wary of all strangers, and keep your head down to cultivate!

He proceeds cautiously, surviving by staying under the radar. With no connections or resources, he has to split each spirit stone in half to make it last.

Then the jade tablet inside him awakens, granting him the ability to transmigrate between two worlds.

In the other world, he drops the act: he buys a mansion and lives like a lord. He holds his head high and finally gets to be himself again.
