Total War: The Great Ming Empire

I can feel that the author is writing the book very seriously, but this novel is not like a novel, but like an instruction manual. After reading more than twenty chapters, I felt that most of each chapter was about introducing characters and units. It makes people feel less immersed and makes them feel tired while reading. It doesn't feel like reading a novel.

So far I've heard about Chapter 10, and I think it's pretty good. But many people have forgotten one thing. The problem of the Ming Dynasty palace. The protagonist should train everyone in the palace as an army to increase their loyalty. The imperial doctors of the Ming Dynasty have been bribed, the palace maids are other people's spies, and there are also some young eunuchs.
