The Abstinent CEO Dotes on Me by Day, While the Aloof Doctor Flees by Night

【Two male leads + equally strong leads + rekindled love + bittersweet unrequited love + both inexperienced in love + happy ending】 A restrained, scheming, self-effacing CEO as the pursuer × a gentle, alluring male doctor as the pursued Seven years ago, Lu Chenzhou knelt in the rain and begged him not to leave. Shen Yichuan tossed out the words, “I'm bored of you,” then vanished without a trace. Seven years later, they meet again. Lu Chenzhou has become a cold-blooded CEO, and the first thing he does is pin Shen Yichuan against a wall. “You had the nerve to dump me back then? Now you're my attending physician. I want you on call twenty-four hours a day.” Shen Yichuan smiles gently. “Mr. Lu, the first rule of medical advice is to keep your distance.” Lu Chenzhou is driven mad by Shen Yichuan's teasing. The more he rejects him, the more out of control he becomes. Only when he sees Shen Yichuan's brain tumor diagnosis does he learn that their breakup was Shen Yichuan's way of giving him a chance at life, at the cost of his own. Outside the operating room, Lu Chenzhou weeps like a child. “Shen Yichuan, if you dare to die, I'll burn down the whole hospital and make it your funeral pyre!” He thought he was the hunter, never realizing that every time he drew near, he was stepping into a trap set by his prey.
