The Woman Who Married Far Away Refuses to Give Up

After eight years of marriage far from home, she had three daughters. Her mother-in-law called them money-losing burdens, her husband had fists of steel, and his mistress moved in. She didn’t cry or make a scene. She saved money, filed a complaint, and got divorced. Then she opened a restaurant with her three girls and put them through school. When her ex-husband knelt and begged to remarry, she dumped a basin of water on him. In this life, no one would ever get to suck her dry again.
