Warhammer Cultivation: Don't Make This Old Ancestor Get Up

[Behind-the-Scenes] [Misunderstandings] [Cross-Server Chat] [Warhammer 40K + Cultivation]

After transmigrating to the cultivation world, a shady System tried to save itself some effort by sourcing a golden finger from Warhammer 40K's “Warp.”

The result drew the attention of the Chaos Gods, and the transmigrator Guilliman was stuffed into a drop pod and hurled toward the cultivation world.

When he awoke, Guilliman saw cultivators flying through the sky on swords, demonic sects refining souls and bones, and locals crazily absorbing “spiritual energy from heaven and earth.” He immediately had a PTSD episode.

“Wild psykers without collars? Slaaneshi cultists refining pills with human blood? And Warp-mutated creatures all over the mountains!”

“It's over. This has to be the Eye of Terror! I've definitely landed in the heart of Chaos!”

To stay alive, Guilliman hunkered down on the “Golden Throne” he had built out of his drop pod, refusing to take a single step beyond the safety zone.

Using the System, he took a small cultivation family he'd rescued and transformed it in every possible way into a bizarre “Astartes Cultivation Chapter,” hoping to establish a defensive line on a daemon world.

But in the eyes of the local cultivators…

“A bronze immortal coffin fell from the heavens, and inside it sleeps an ancient emperor!”

“The ‘chainsword’ bestowed by our ancestor is actually an unparalleled imperial weapon! One strike can saw a Nascent Soul manifestation to pieces!”

“Our ancestor forbids us from absorbing spiritual energy because he saw through the poison in the Heavenly Dao and passed down a method for attaining sainthood through the body!”

Many years later, when the immortals from the Ninth Heaven descended, ready to purge the mortal realm,

the steel giant who had sat motionless on his throne finally drew his power greatsword, wreathed in golden psychic energy, amid a million followers' battle cry: “For the ancestor!”

“Look upon me, heretic!”
