Household Scheming? More Like Household Shenanigans! Get a Grip!

[Dual transmigration + lighthearted + unhinged comedy + everyday life + strong heroine + political intrigue]

If schemes in the inner household had ranks, Xie Mimi, who transmigrates as a concubine-born daughter, would probably be the oddball who starts off by “feeding kills” like crazy.

Other people rely on cunning to survive household warfare. She relies on “getting herself killed.”

That's because the System she's bound to is bizarre: unless she commits spectacular acts of self-destruction, she can forget about returning to the modern world!

And so the Xie household's inner courtyard takes a bizarre turn. Xie Mimi gets caught by her grandmother selling “lingerie” in public, then turns around and slaps her grandmother's personal nanny across the face, successfully unlocking the “confined to the woodshed” achievement.

She thought she was the most miserable one there, but it turns out her cheap dad is even more ridiculous!

During a late-night chat in the woodshed, father and daughter trade secret signals and belt out pop songs, only to discover they're both fellow transmigrators. One is bound to a “spendthrift System,” and the other to a “get-yourself-killed System.”

They agree on their goal: they'll waste money and bring disaster on themselves in equal measure. They won't rest until they've turned the Xie household upside down!

When two modern souls invade the secluded inner courtyard, household warfare turns into a farcical free-for-all that leaves everyone at their wits' end.
