A Happy Family

Lin Ping'an married Jiang Yaoyao, the richest woman in town. He does nothing after joining her family, and they even have a daughter who is bold enough to climb onto the roof and tear it up. His mother, Guo Weihong, says he is useless and can't keep his wife in line, and that without a son, no one will look after him in his old age. His younger sister-in-law is always hauling things from her family home to her husband's. The neighbors wait outside every day to watch the Lin family make fools of themselves. Everyone says the family won't last a year, but decades pass, and not only have they stayed together, they've thrived more and more.
