Female Rakshasas, female Yakshas, female Asuras, female demons, female ghosts, female Wuwangliang, female Yugu, the Nine-Child Ghost Mother, female Ba... This was a world overflowing with yin energy and running critically low on yang, where every demon, monster, ghost, spirit, and zombie, from Heaven to Earth, was female.
The rules of this world were utterly absurd! Women who awakened a Sequence were prodigies everywhere, holding the world’s power in their hands.
Men, with nothing but their yang energy to offer, were prime targets for all manner of female evil creatures. Worse still, the chances of a man awakening a Sequence were ridiculously low.
Su Daoyi had transmigrated here and spent sixteen years keeping his head down. He’d long since seen through these bizarre rules and had fully embraced a give-up-and-do-nothing attitude, quietly accepting that he would probably lead an utterly ordinary life.
Then, on his sixteenth birthday, fate handed him a wildly unexpected turn: he awakened the Daoist Sequence.
But was this really the Daoist Sequence? Why was he breathing fire out of his mouth?
Just as everyone lost faith in his Sequence...
“True fire has no form, it follows the will. Supreme Red Dragon, subdue the demons!”
At Su Daoyi’s thought, he spat several kinds of flames into the air, where they coalesced into a crimson divine dragon.
The fire dragon roared forth with the might to scorch the heavens and boil the seas, surging into the demon-haunted marsh. Its flames swept across the wilderness, wiping out every demon in their path.
