The Hehuan Ancestor Is Forced to Go Straight and Raise a Child

I am the patriarch of the Hehuan Sect, and I cultivate the Way of Supreme Detachment.

But the System warns me that in ten years, a menial disciple named Lin Xiaohe will stab me to death on the Ascension Platform.

The reason: to rid the people of a scourge.

I storm into the woodshed and find her using my sect's secret art, A Spring Breeze, to roast sweet potatoes.

A muddy-faced boy emerges from behind her, golden light of Heavenly Fortune shining above his head.

The System shrieks: Child of Fortune! Touch him and you'll be struck by lightning!

Me: ...Then what should I do?

System: Optimal solution: Take them as disciples, teach them to be good, and put them on the straight and narrow.

That way, you can reverse your Hehuan Sect's reputation as the greatest scourge in the world.

Later, I teach them supreme cultivation arts, and they use them to farm and raise pigs.

I pass on bewitching charms capable of captivating the whole city, and they use them to sterilize spirit beasts.

I am the last dashing patriarch of the Hehuan Sect.

My ultimate destiny, it turns out, is to help the Heavenly Dao...

raise two well-mannered, well-rounded boys who are my natural nemeses.
