I Just Became the Top Scholar, and the System Is Forcing Me to Marry the Mad Princess

As the descendant of a disgraced minister, Lu Jianwei is forced to bind himself to the "Shift the Blame" System at the Qionglin Banquet. Its very first mission is to publicly ask for the hand of Xiao Duanhong, the Regent Princess, notorious for her brutality and bloodstained hands. Armed with the System's "Words Become Law, Calling a Deer a Horse" sophistry, he not only survives the prison where danger lurks at every turn, but repeatedly escapes disaster, turning certain death into a ladder to promotion. As the court grows ever more treacherous, he is drawn into the struggle for imperial power and gets entangled with the cold, suspicious, and usurpation-minded Empress Jiang Yuelian, as well as Shen Tingxue, the seemingly frail yet secretly obsessive and possessive daughter of the chancellor. Caught in a deadly battlefield of three mad beauties, Lu Jianwei uses his System's golden finger and supreme political savvy to turn the tide of court politics. Rising step by step from a Hanlin Academy editor to the Regent Prince, The Outcast who stands above all but one, he ultimately brings peace to the realm and makes the three mad beauties who once treated him as a plaything willingly bow before him and pledge their loyalty.
