Synopsis

This is a long poem written by wanderers together around the campfire. What it records is not the legend of a hero slaying a dragon, but how a group of people who had been deprived of the world built a mobile home on a carriage. They traveled through the wasteland and snowy mountains, picked up dying companions in the dark alleys of the black market, huddled under the same blanket to keep warm on stormy nights, ate from the street to the end of the street at the Cornucopia Festival, and celebrated every promotion with mead and roasted marshmallows. There are no born brave men here, only those who refuse to give up even after being crushed into the mud. There are no evil dragons here, just girls in white dresses who tilt their heads and wink, poke their fingers into mead, and lean on the shoulders of hunters as they doze by the campfire. All power is not for conquering - the dagger is for protection, the throwing knife is for response, the staff is for illumination, and the hammer is for crushing those prayers that no one has ever heard. If you open this book, you won't see destined heroes or ancient oracles. You will see four people, a carriage, and a road with no end. They learned to love each other while wandering, and to protect each other during battles. Every night when the bonfire burned out, they used the simplest words to say the most solemn confession - warm, sweet, favorite, that's it. This is a book about dragon fire and honey, prayers and hammers, broken horns and wild berries. It doesn't teach you how to be a hero, it just tells you quietly: Even if you have nothing, there will always be someone who is willing to bite off your fingertips for you on a stormy night and drop a drop of dragon's blood on your remains.
