Hilarious Journey to the West: I'm the Real Protagonist

At a victory banquet in the Celestial Court, the immortals get drunk and accidentally issue a mission. A thousand years later, Sun Wukong is released after serving his sentence and meets a “scripture-seeking” team with a bizarre modern twist: At its center is Tang Sanzang, a top-tier Blue Star travel streamer with the ID “Tang's Travelogue,” who sees the journey west to fetch the scriptures as a live-streamed “deep-dive tour of ancient fantasy.” His KPIs are traffic and donations. His teammates are the irritable Victorious Fighting Buddha Sun Wukong, who gradually gets hooked on “rocket” donations; the variety-show star Zhu Bajie, an expert at “pity-baiting mukbangs”; the honest Sha Monk, who earnestly follows every absurd script; and the White Dragon Horse, forced to serve as the team’s “tech support and reaction meme.” And so the journey west goes completely off the rails. Vanquishing demons becomes a live-streamed “crackdown on crime” series watched by the whole internet. Gods and monsters compete to be the star on camera, the Yellow Wind Monster studies signal jamming, the White Bone Demon specializes in faking accidents to disrupt streams, and the three demons of Lion Camel Ridge even try to monopolize the journey’s online traffic. Meanwhile, behind the chaotic barrage of comments, a server crisis threatening the survival of the Three Realms is quietly approaching... When absurd live-streaming collides with an apocalyptic crisis, can this “scripture-seeking dream team” save the world and still take home the award for Streamer of the Year? A comedy set in the Journey to the West metaverse, deconstructing a classic and packed with explosive laughs. Streaming now!
