In her previous life, Wang Xifeng schemed and calculated at every turn, only to meet a tragic end, “weeping her way to Jinling, where sorrow awaited.” When she opened her eyes again, she had returned to the year before Lin Daiyu entered the Jia household.
In this life, Spicy Phoenix was no longer the household manager who cared only about amassing wealth and wielding power. She knew the Jia household was a sinking ship, and saw how powerless the love between Baoyu and Daiyu was against the family’s interests. To save herself, and even more so to help Pin’er, a girl of peerless talent and a tragically difficult fate, Wang Xifeng decided to live differently.
She kept her sharp edge sheathed, concealing her cleverness. Before Grandmother Jia, she quietly secured Daiyu’s position, and right under Lady Wang’s nose, she deftly thwarted every attempt to make things difficult for Daiyu. She would use her boldness and wit to shield Daiyu and cut off the hands reaching for the Xiaoxiang Pavilion. From the public campaign for the golden-and-jade match to Aunt Zhao’s secret scheming, Wang Xifeng planned her every move, determined to rewrite the tragedy of the Red Chamber. See how the reborn Xifeng joins forces with Daiyu to carve out a way to survive in this household of wealth and privilege, and live a life of unrestrained triumph!
It tied the game at once, which is great. The plot is compact and smooth, one thing after another goes smoothly, and it doesn't make people feel boring. The characters are rich and vivid, and there are no clowns who are too stupid or extreme. The writing style is more mature. There is no complicated arrangement and not many details, but it is neat and comfortable to look at.
Wuwuwuwu, at least Daiyu's father is still alive. Finally, Daiyu is no longer an orphan. Wuwuwu.
The writing is good, the characters are well created, the differentiation is clear, Lai handles everyone's affairs well, the husband and wife are of the same mind, and I think it will have a better ending.
It's very beautiful. Everyone has a good ending.
It can be considered a relatively satisfactory Red Mansion novel, with every girl given a happy ending. Deducted one star for some bugs, and the ending was a bit too rushed.
It's very good, this is the only book I've ever read that lived up to my expectations. The author's writing is very good
Now it looks good and innovative, I will try to see the finale.
