The people of the planet Kesodik stand only 60 centimeters tall. Relying on their gift for communicating with animals, they struggle to survive in this wasteland.
Three hundred years ago, a nuclear war later known as the Great Destruction broke out on the planet. It wiped out civilization and somehow put Pan Baojun, who had accidentally strayed into this place, into a state of war with the Kesodik people.
Three hundred years later, Pan Baojun wakes from hibernation. He looks at his perfectly normal 1.8-meter height, then at the Alliance technology and equipment from the interstellar age behind him. Facing the Kesodik, who have fallen back to a time before industrial civilization, he can only sneer in disdain.
Just as he takes up a yellow hound in his left hand and a gyrfalcon in his right, grips his electromagnetic rifle, and prepares to slaughter his way across the land, his personal AI core suddenly jumps in front of him. With Alliance law in one hand and military regulations in the other, it wears an expression of righteous indignation.
Pan Baojun stares in astonishment.
“Out here in this lawless wasteland, you expect me to obey the law, follow military discipline, care for the people like my own children, and leave so much as a hair untouched? ... What? You won't even let me exploit loopholes? ... How am I supposed to fight this war?”
How should I put it? When I saw the title, I think most of the first impressions should be of a giant traveling in Lilliput like Gulliver's Travels... I came here for this. But the first three chapters just lay out the settings. In the fourth chapter, I directly create a small protagonist to explore, and the normal-sized body does not move. I lost interest instantly. Since they are all the same size, is there any difference between the small ones and the small ones? The author should think of a way to change the title. Don't let people come in because of the size difference in their first impression, and then don't bother to read it when they see it is completely different from what they imagined. Anyway, I don't have the motivation to continue watching now 🤦
The plot is a bit procrastinating, but the world view is interesting and novel.
