Dragon-Subduing Martial Mark

The aristocratic clans monopolize martial arts, while the poor are worth less than grass.

Shen Lie, a youth from Wukiang, bears the Dragon-Subduing Martial Mark. Together with a blind military strategist, an armed martial artist, a freewheeling wanderer, and a white-candle assassin, he establishes a foothold in the northern frontier, and their spark spreads like wildfire.

They battle the aristocratic clans, storm the capital, defy the court, break into an ancient imperial tomb, and challenge the fateful game of the Forgotten River head-on.

A white-clad healer carries the Divine Blood of All Spirits. Their bloodlines become one, and they pledge their love on a rainy night, eventually sacrificing their lives in a mutual redemption.

The youth gives his flesh and blood for peace across the land. His brothers burn away their noble spirit, pear blossoms bury the heroic dead, and from that day on, the martial world will never again see the young tiger of fierce valor.
