To keep monsters from ravaging her hometown of White Night City, Chen Xinyao went through countless hardships and finally made it to Black Star, the birthplace of monsters and magical girls.

But after arriving on Black Star, she discovered that the local magical girls were evil, cunning, violent, and bloodthirsty. The monsters were actually the ones being oppressed.

They had fled Black Star and invaded her home in order to escape and survive, and to find somewhere they could live.

What troubled her even more was that, after killing off the monsters, these evil magical girls would go on to wreak havoc in her hometown.

Heh. Those evil magical girls and the monsters all have to die!!

…

But when Chen Xinyao returned to her hometown, she was stunned to discover that the magical girls of White Night City had somehow gained a mother!

Even more bizarre, this magical girl mother who had appeared out of nowhere was apparently best friends with the senior magical girl she controlled?!
