In the Apocalypse, My Tank Engine Stacks Health Without Limit from the Start

Qin Shi is pulled into a post-apocalyptic survival game. The good news: a LoL System from the start. The bad news: the System gets beaten so badly it can't function. All that's left is a broken interface. No shop, skills, runes, or ultimate abilities, just a feature that unlocks one Hextech augment every three levels.

After keeping his head down until level three, he decisively chooses Tank Engine. While everyone else is running for their lives in the apocalypse, Qin Shi chases zombies and mutated beasts all over the place.
