Can a Girl from Another Race Find Love in Date A Live?

[Date A Live fan fiction] [A slow-burn slice of life] [Contains a small amount of gender-bender romance]

My name is Itsuka Shido. My daily routine consists of going to school, winning over Spirits, going on dates, and sealing their powers with a kiss.

That was until the day a group of girls from other races began appearing in Tengu City, one after another.

Vampires, werewolves, snow maidens, dragonkin, succubi, nekomata, mermaids... Some had fought their way here, some had escaped here while being pursued by heroes, and one claimed she had “just happened to wander over.”

Kotori’s orders were the same as always: “Shido, go on dates with them, make them blush, and then you know what to do.”

What do I know? Sadly, I really do know.

This time, my dates want to drink my blood, bite my neck, or freeze me into an ice sculpture...

But I still went.

Because their eyes were filled with unease, confusion, and loneliness, just like the Spirits I had met before.

So, as always, I kissed them.

“M-my heart is beating so fast... Is this an attack?” “How can a mere human be hotter than a dragon’s breath...”

Even the Spirits couldn’t sit still: “Shido, how many more are you going to win over?”

I want to know the answer to that too!

But no matter where you come from, I want to make sure you find happiness.
