Date A Live: I Will Forget You

[Date A Live Fanfiction] [Mostly Slice of Life] [Spirit Side Stories]

My name is Itsuka Shido, an ordinary high school student in Tengu City. I live a peaceful life alongside the Spirits.

Until one day, the consciousness of the world, borrowing Mio's appearance, gave me a mission:

“Itsuka Shido, go on dates in other worlds, or this world will be completely erased a year from now.”

“Each time you return, the world will take one of your memories as payment.”

What! I have to pay to save the world, too?

For everyone's sake, I still set out on my journey of dating in other worlds.

“Shido, what exactly have you forgotten!”

“Forgotten... What was it again?”

I thought my journey would end with me losing all my memories and becoming an empty shell.

But Tohka stood in front of me, refusing to take even one step back:

“It doesn't matter, Shido! If you forget, we'll tell you all over again! We'll say it ten thousand times!”

Somehow, Kurumi blasted open a door:

“Go on. Find the real Mio and take back our world. I'll hold them off here.”

I watched them charge into battle, one after another.

...What can I say?

Come on.

Let's begin our war.
