Speedrunning the Horror World: Even the Ghosts Are Crying

The supernatural game descends upon the world. Of those who enter, fewer than one in ten survive.

Everyone is clinging to life, praying they can make it through tonight by following the rules.

Zhou Mo just wants to clock out as soon as possible.

While others avoid ghosts, he goes looking for them.

While others solve puzzles, he exploits bugs.

While others are still trembling in the first room, he's already raced to the finish and punched the final boss's head clean off.

Classic instance, “The Slender Man”: The rule says you can't stay in the fog for more than five seconds.

Zhou Mo pulls out a high-powered industrial fan and cranks it up to full blast at the thick fog.

“The fog's gone. It's time for you to clock out.”

The instance's core vengeful spirit breaks down: “This is an insult to me!”

Zhou Mo: “No, I just want to set a new world record.”

“All you supernatural things, listen up. I just want to get through the story. Don't get in my way. You're surrounded by me alone!”
