Honkai Impact 3rd: Herrscher War, Elysia's Ink-Black Radiance

Mo Hui wakes in the snow, with Elysia beside him, a girl the world has yet to truly remember. A Flame-Chasers inspection team, loops of fate, and Honkai anomalies close in one after another. He is judged an “anomalous anchor,” neither a Herrscher nor a normal human. To keep Elysia, the orphanage, and the forgotten from becoming sacrifices to fate once again, Mo Hui must learn to wield the Blade of Flying Flowers and find his way back to everyone, all while caught between surveillance, battle, and losing control of himself.
