Unhinged Corporate Drone Sets the Wuxia World Straight

Overworked wage slave Lin Du dies suddenly after pulling another all-nighter, only to open his eyes as the leader of the martial arts world. Sounds great? Too bad the job comes with no power and all the blame.

The campaign against the Demon Cult fails, and the seven major sects all fall flat on their faces. Everyone immediately agrees on one thing: it's all the leader's fault. Lin Du loses it on the spot. Isn't this just the workplace script he knows so well? Requirements made up on a whim, nobody listens during execution, and when something goes wrong, one person gets blamed.

If he can't escape, then he won't run.

He decides to reorganize the martial arts world like a company: set up KPI assessments, break down responsibilities, introduce performance-based layoffs, hold postmortems, write weekly reports, and find holes in the process.

From now on, the martial world of flashing blades and clashing swords has “meeting minutes” and “process optimization.”

The hot-tempered swordsman is forced to learn how to give work updates. Orthodox sect leaders start competing to boost their performance rankings. The Demon Cult members, of all people, are the first to adapt to modern management principles.

Even the master of the Blood Blade Sect, who was the first to try to kill him, gradually realizes that this leader isn't just passing the buck. He's trying to find the real answer.

But as the system begins to work and the truth comes to light, Lin Du realizes:

Perhaps he wasn't accidentally transmigrated here at all.

Perhaps he was, chosen to be the scapegoat.

This time, he doesn't just want to survive.

He wants to overthrow the entire martial world, along with the rule that says “the weakest one takes the blame.”
