Tales of strange rules have descended upon the world. Each nation draws a Chosen One at random, binds them to its national destiny, and sends them into a bizarre world.
After three consecutive failures, the Dragon Nation’s fortunes plummet, and supernatural forces invade reality! At this desperate moment, the fourth Chosen One turns out to be Zhang Qingxiao, a purple-robed Celestial Master who has spent a century in seclusion on Mount Longhu!
While the Chosen Ones from other countries tremble before the “bizarre rules” and frantically search for clues, Zhang Qingxiao goes live for the whole world, clad in purple robes and wielding lightning-struck wood. With a single cry of “Shenxiao Yuqing, unleash the thunder!”, he blasts the bizarre BOSS into ash!
“What rules? The rules of this place are whatever I say they are!” The whole internet erupts. Countless streams of faith converge, incense offerings make him a god, and his every word becomes law!
As Zhang Qingxiao delves deeper into the strange-story challenges, he discovers that these so-called tales of strange rules conceal a shocking conspiracy targeting all the gods of the East...
When the Western gods try to use these tales to harvest the mortal world, Zhang Qingxiao opens the Gate of Heaven with a single sword stroke. “I stand here. No gods shall pass!”
