Wanted by the Entire Internet? I'm Just Promoting Culture and Tourism!

Lu Yuan quit his job and returned to an impoverished backwater county, where he awakened the [County Infrastructure Tycoon System].

Every resident provides 10 yuan a day for infrastructure. To attract tourists and boost the funds, Lu Yuan starts livestreaming wild stunts.

His first task: build a real Shanhe University from the ground up through crowdfunding!

Lu Yuan pulls out all the stops: crowdfunding, poaching retired academicians with high salaries, buying photolithography machine blueprints...

Then, on the day his livestream hits ten million viewers, a squad of armed special police bursts in and pins him to the floor.

"Don't move! You're suspected of carrying out the largest online fraud in the country, involving over ten billion yuan!"

Lu Yuan lies on the floor, close to tears. "Officer, I really didn't commit fraud! It was just a thousand yuan from each person. I'm actually building a top-tier university!"

When the police follow the money trail and see the academic complex in the mountains, more futuristic than Tsinghua or Peking University, the entire internet goes wild!
