The Eerie Landlord: From the Start, I Hired Sadako as Customer Support

Lin An, an unemployed young man, unexpectedly inherits an abandoned apartment building on the outskirts of town, Happiness Lane No. 404. The instant he steps inside, he binds himself to the Eerie Landlord System. Forced to pay off his enormous debts, he embarks on an outrageous career as a rent collector. Unlike everyone else struggling to survive in the eerie world, Lin An discovers that as long as he's inside the building, he has absolute authority over all his tenants. So he becomes a ruthless capitalist, turning terrifying creatures into wage slaves:

Sadako, with her long black hair, is forced to work as an around-the-clock internet cafe attendant, and can even scare online customers who try to skip the bill;

The vampire becomes the night-shift security guard and moonlights as a blood-bank donor;

The slit-mouthed woman is forced to do mukbang streams, since her huge mouth lets her eat more and sell more.
