I’m Liu Jingtian. Before I was even born, my grandfather used a spirit-summoning ritual to hand me over to a lone old man living deep in the mountains, where I picked up a bit of backwoods occultism. At ten, I came down from the mountains and went to the city, hoping to be an ordinary student. But there were even more ghosts in the city than in the village, so I had to make a living with my spirit-summoning skills, while also investigating what kind of trouble my grandfather had set in motion all those years ago.
