The Demon Sect's Great Good Guy: They Push Me to Become a Saint by Helping the Tyrant

Lin Shan transmigrates into the body of a test subject in the Demon Sect’s medicine-testing department. On the verge of death, he binds himself to the 【Good Samaritan System】. System: “Please use love and warmth to bring light to this dark world!” Lin Shan looks at his fellow test subjects, lined up to be dissected, and the Elder Poison, grinning wickedly before him. He falls into deep thought. And so, the Demon Sect’s style starts to change dramatically: He wipes down dying test subjects and feeds them porridge, singing folk songs from his hometown. He says this is “to stabilize the experimental subjects’ emotions.” He writes “Eighteen Recommendations for Humane Drug Testing” and tells Elder Poison, “Fear is a confounding variable. The subjects need to die peacefully for the data to be accurate.” Elder Poison treats the document as a priceless treasure and welcomes him as an honored guest. From then on, Lin Shan devotes himself to promoting his “end-of-life care” work in the Demon Sect. He saves his fellow subjects and earns merit, using modern medical knowledge to take demonic poison arts to new heights. Until the Holy Maiden of the Hehuan Sect comes to demand an explanation: “How dare you see through our sect’s secret aphrodisiac incense?” Lin Shan hands her a copy of “An Analysis of the Ingredients in Aphrodisiac Incense and Recommendations for Improvement” and says earnestly, “Holy Maiden, your fragrance particles are too large, so the absorption rate is low. I recommend making some improvements.”
