After Heaven Fired Me, I Became the Richest Man in the Three Realms

The Celestial Court is facing a fiscal crisis and cutting costs to improve efficiency.

Those bastards on the Pilgrimage Committee actually laid me, Sun Wukong, off!

Their reason?

“Overqualified, and too expensive.”

Bullshit! I fought demons and monsters every step of the way. I did all the work, and now you’re telling me I cost too much?

Fine, fire me, then.

I’ll go back to Flower-Fruit Mountain and start my own studio.

So, guess what happened?

If there’s no place for me here, there’s always a place somewhere else.

If there’s no place for me anywhere, I’ll go freelance.

I went and became the richest man in the Three Realms!

All you people who fired me, ready to join the unemployment line?
