Stay Away from Me, Green Tea Girl: My New-Rich Husband Always Has My Back

[Faithful to each other + married first, love later + sweet, silly romance + satisfying reversals + hard-hitting legal education. A laid-back, theatrical female lawyer VS an insecure, pure-hearted, rough-around-the-edges man] Shen Qingci, a top lawyer in the capital's elite circles, is cast out by her family and made to marry Huo Yan, a nouveau riche coal tycoon worth tens of billions, covered in tattoos. The social circle mocks them: “A flower stuck in coal dust. Does Lawyer Shen get beaten by her husband every day?” At home, the six-foot-two tattooed bruiser Huo Yan is as meek as a security guard. He secretly buys a Chinese Idiom Dictionary and signs up for evening classes, terrified his wife will look down on him for being uneducated. Then one day, the green-tea woman from his past arrives with a group and smashes in the door. “He used to treat me like a princess. Who do you think you are?” Huo Yan hurriedly tries to explain, but Shen Qingci pulls out her law book and starts recording. “Disturbing the peace and illegally entering a residence. The damages are substantial, and you acted as a group. Honey, close the door! If I don't send them away to work sewing machines for three years today, I'll write my own name backward!” The green-tea woman is scared into wetting herself and begging for mercy. Huo Yan is left completely dumbfounded. The reversal comes fast. After Shen Qingci dominates the courtroom, she leaps onto Huo Yan's tacky-looking heavy motorcycle, wraps her arms around his tattooed biceps, and pouts flirtatiously. “You're so handsome, hubby. Can I feel your eight-pack abs tonight?” Huo Yan's ears turn red. How the hell is anyone supposed to resist that? “Honey, you can have my life!”
