Laid-Back Mountain Village: A Black Bear Cub Won't Stop Calling Me Dad

Other people livestream product sales. Lin Ye livestreams a bear.

After returning to his old mountain home, Lin Ye unexpectedly found a black bear cub he named Coal Ball.

He thought raising a bear would be a tough and dangerous job, but things took a very different turn.

“Daddy, I want some of that sweet honey!”

“Daddy, the water feels so nice and cool. I want to soak for five more minutes!”

“Daddy, that red rooster is so mean! It pecked my nose. Waaaah...”

Hearing the voices of all things through the System in his mind, Lin Ye became an all-around super dad.

With his skillful hands, he repaired the roof, built a greenhouse, cooked delicious food, and wrote original folk songs.

His livestream had no scripts or noise, just the purest everyday life in the mountains: bamboo shoots in spring, starry skies and fireflies in summer, red leaves in autumn, and a fireplace and heavy snow in winter.

There was a black bear with a sweet tooth, an orange cat who said one thing and meant another, and a little village dog whose tail never stopped wagging.

When millions of viewers were exhausted late at night, they opened Lin Ye’s Livestream and saw him sitting with three animals around the stove. In an instant, all their unhappiness melted away.
