After Reversing Her Age, the Abstinent CEO Is Obsessed with Her

Su Wantang was a top planning director in her previous life. She died of overwork, only to wake up as a seventy-one-year-old cleaning lady. A wrinkled face, an aching back and legs, an enamel mug in hand, and a “Rejuvenation System.”

The rules: Make different men fall for her sincerely. Once their affection reaches the required level, she grows one year younger.

Her first target? Gu Xingzhou, a newly appointed property manager banished by his wealthy family to a run-down neighborhood. Cold and abstinent, he keeps everyone at arm's length. The day she uses a mop to draw a bagua formation and drive off a nouveau riche troublemaker, his affection meter jumps for the first time.

She thinks she's just racking up points. Until he takes a metal frame meant for her when she's seventy-one, holds an umbrella over her in the rain when she's forty-five, and knocks out his own younger brother with one punch when she's thirty...

In a stalled elevator, he corners her. “The rhythm you tap on your mug, the way you rub your earlobe, the sandalwood soap scent on you... Su Wantang, which version of you are you really?”

The meter shoots up to 99.

She runs. He chases. All over the city. Through the market. When he finally catches her haggling at a fish stall, he stands there in his immaculate suit amid the fishy smell, eyes red, and says:

“Even if you turn seventy-one again, I'll still choose you.”

But on the day the System's countdown reaches zero, she must choose: return to her previous life, or stay forever.
