War Xiyao, a cold-blooded assassin from the ancient “Shengsheng Sect” who killed without batting an eye, was ambushed while carrying out a mission. When she woke again, she had become a modern-day actress with the same name, a former queen of the screen whose career had been ruined by scandals and forced to quit because of mental health problems. The weak actress was transformed into a ruthless, icy, domineering woman. Her stepmother and stepsister try to hurt her? She knocks them down with a kick. An actor tries to take advantage of her during a scene? One spinning kick ends his sex life for good!
A scheming flirt tries to steal her man? She calmly replies, “Go ahead and touch him. It's not like I'll lose a piece of flesh.” The third young master of the Shao family, Shao Hanyuan, is rumored to be a carefree playboy with countless women. But one day, he falls for a crazy woman named War Xiyao.
His wife wants a small role? He'll arrange everything for her! His wife wants to drink Daughter Red? He'll hire the best vintner to brew it!
Someone wants to steal a trophy his wife won through her own talent? He'll use his connections to get it back for her! Even when War Xiyao is merciless toward her enemies and doesn't understand his romantic gestures, Shao Hanyuan still loves her with all his heart.
