Ian sits at his computer and picks up the black phone. Someone on the other end quietly reports something to him.
Ian thinks for a moment, then says without emotion, “If that's the choice he's made, take care of him. Make sure it's clean.”
As casually as deleting a junk file, he clicks on his computer screen. Footage from a hidden camera shows a young lawyer arriving at the scene of a hotel murder. The lawyer slides a confidentiality agreement over to the killer, and the powerful man signs it with a trembling hand.
Ian lights a cigar and watches the scene before him.
“That's just like me. Just like I was all those years ago.”
Ian can't help remembering the first time he stepped into the Four Seasons Hotel, years ago.
