Chen Jiu is a street punk nicknamed Dirt Dog, a name he got because he has a mongrel dog that depends on him just as much as he depends on it. The man and his dog run wild, throwing their weight around and doing nothing decent all day. Maybe Heaven finally couldn't stand it anymore, because the pair are accidentally brought by a System to Xiangjiang, where gangs rule the streets. Watch as the man and his dog play dirty, prey on other criminals, and claw their way to the top.
